OVERVIEW:
The objective of the consultancy was to support the INFODEV team in
organizing the delivery of a number of activities under the Caribbean
Business Enablers Support Program (CBESP) component. This assignment
entailed managing the logistical arrangements for the organization for face
to face and virtual workshops and training sessions. Technical assistance
sessions were also offered to select practitioners and exposure to
international events to foster peer to peer learning.
CBESP increased capacity and performance of the Caribbean Business
Enablers for early-stage innovation driven entrepreneurs. This was achieved
by building awareness and sharing knowledge of traditional and new
models of business opportunities..
KEY RESULTS:

Organized and Participated in the CBESP launch event;

Designed and carried out the implementation of Business
Incubation Clinic for ten (10) business enablers, including face to
face and virtual technical assistance and monitoring, peer to peer
learning with content delivery by the firm as well as through
contracted mentors; -
Development of a comprehensive learning evaluation framework
to track and effectively communicate learning impact.
